London, UK, 19 August 2025: Employee payments fintech Aslan today announces the expansion of its services to HR platform TalentMapper, combining four features in one platform to deliver smarter benefits to its employees.

Effective from Friday 1st August, the all-in-one benefit now includes Aslan’s Pension Salary Sacrifice enablement, Set & Spend and Employee Gifting, alongside the original service, On-Demand Pay.

TalentMapper has seen rapid adoption, with over 60% of its small team signing up and activating their Aslan card.

The expansion of services comes as fast-growing TalentMapper needed to engage, retain, and reward a diverse team with differing priorities amid rising costs. With Aslan, it now offers employees holistic financial wellbeing, boosts their take-home pay and delivers pensions more efficiently.

Aslan’s Pension Salary Sacrifice will save TalentMapper £3,000 a year by reducing the impact of the recent increase in employer National Insurance Contributions (NICs) by a third, whilst boosting employees’ take-home pay. Set & Spend allows employees to use Aslan like a ‘pre-paid rewards card’ linked to payroll, earning more generous rewards than any other card. TalentMapper continues to use Aslan’s On-Demand Pay, which has been successfully piloted over the past year. This enables employees to choose when and how they get paid, at no cost to them, and with no impact on TalentMapper’s cashflow.
