Love2shop has been recognised for its longstanding contribution to the Liverpool City Region after receiving the prestigious Chair’s Award at the 2026 City of Liverpool Business Awards (COLBA).
The award, one of the highest honours presented by awards founder Downtown in Business, recognises organisations that have made an exceptional and lasting contribution to Liverpool’s business community.
Unlike other award categories, the Chair’s Award is selected by Downtown in Business leadership and is not open to nominations or public voting.
Love2shop received the accolade in recognition of more than 40 years of supporting the Liverpool City Region while continually evolving its products and services to meet the changing needs of consumers, employers and businesses across the UK.
Part of PayPoint Plc, Love2shop has grown from its Liverpool roots to become one of the UK’s leading gifting and rewards businesses, offering gift cards, vouchers and reward solutions that are used by millions of consumers, employers, public sector organisations and charities.
The business has continued to innovate in recent years, expanding its digital gifting products and employee reward solutions while strengthening partnerships with leading retailers and organisations nationwide.

The award was presented during the Downtown in Business City of Liverpool Business Awards at the iconic Sefton Park Palm House, attended by leading figures from across the region’s business community.
