Established by Henpicked: Menopause In the Workplace, the prestigious 2025 Menopause & Menstruation Friendly Employer Awards will be judged by an independent panel. They will be looking for organisations and individuals who can show evidence that their commitment and determination have succeeded in providing support, solutions and resources that normalise menopause and menstruation in the workplace.

Open to all Menopause and Menstruation Friendly Member organisations and their employees, the Awards shine a light on those going above and beyond in their quest to support women’s health and wellbeing in the workplace. There are nine categories open to organisations plus the Carolyn Lazarus Award that recognises exemplary individuals as follows:

  • Recognising an accredited organisation that has truly embedded menopause awareness, education and support into its workplace culture.

Most Open Culture

  • Awarded to an organisation where menopause is spoken about openly, with strong leadership and a culture of support.

Most Menopaue Friendly Environment

  • Celebrating an organisation that has made real, practical changes to its workplace environment to support menopause.

Best Engagement Campaign

  • Awarding an organisation that has run a brilliant campaign, raising awareness and sparking conversations.

Best Trained Workforce

  • Recognising an organisation that has invested in training, giving employees and managers the confidence and knowledge to offer real support.

Best Peer-to-Peer Support

  • Celebrating an organisation that has built a strong network where colleagues support each other, creating a culture of care.

Carolyn Lazarus Award

  • A very special accolade given to the individual who has made the most significant impact on changing the way people think and feel about menopause and/or menstruation in or out of the workplace.

Entries are open now here and will close at midnight on July 31, 2025. Finalists will be announced on September 1, 2025 and the winners revealed at the Awards ceremony later in the month.
