Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing is expanding its business and has appointed Saba Haran as its first Employee Benefits Director in Scotland.
Saba brings over 27 years� experience in the financial services sector, with the last 13 years spent in employee benefits, working with many FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies.
Saba joins from Lockton�where she was Vice President Head of Workplace Savings. Prior to this she worked for Capita Employee Solutions for four years, first as a Senior Reward & Strategy Consultant and latterly, Client Relationship Director. Before that she also spent nine years as Head of Scotland EB & Senior DC Consultant at Capita Employee Benefits. Other large organisations Saba has worked for include Scottish Widows, AXA, Aon and Deloitte UK.
