Tusker selected for broad vehicle range and lifestyle protection offer, providing company with more confidence

5 May 2026: Center Parcs has launched a car salary sacrifice scheme, following Tusker’s successful bid to become its partner.

Center Parcs set up a car salary sacrifice scheme following significant employee interest. It wanted to reinvigorate its benefits offering, support recruitment, and deliver National Insurance savings while remaining cost-neutral. It was launched 7 April, and 19 vehicle orders have been placed so far.

Early uptake has been swift, with Center Parcs employees engaging with the scheme straight away. Within a week of the launch, 30% of employees had logged in to look at the scheme, and the first orders were placed.

Following a competitive tender process, Tusker was awarded the contract due to its broad range of both electric and hybrid cars, the comprehensive lifestyle protections on offer and Tusker’s ability to offer a four-weekly (lunar) scheme which was key to fit with the company’s payroll requirements

The ability to offer both EV and hybrid vehicle types improves inclusivity and cost-effectiveness, giving Center Parcs employees flexibility while supporting those not yet ready to go fully electric. It also aligns with the company’s existing company car scheme.

Center Parcs is running the Tusker car scheme across its Head Office, Forest House, in Nottinghamshire, Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire, Woburn Forest in Bedfordshire, Whinfell Forest in Cumbria, Longleat Forest in Wiltshire and Elveden Forest in Suffolk.

Lisa Milburn, Benefits Manager at Center Parcs said: “We’ve wanted to offer a salary sacrifice car scheme for a while and there is a lot of excitement around the launch. It’s been very well received by employees so far.

“Tusker has a proven track record, and when you combine their experience with their lifestyle protection offering, it gave us what we needed to move forward with the partnership.”

To celebrate the launch, Center Parcs hosted two internal webinars, which engaged around 100 colleagues. A live roadshow also took place within the first two weeks of the scheme’s launch, enabling colleagues to look at some of the available cars and ask any questions.

Cheryl Clements, Head of Business Development at Tusker, said: “We’re so pleased to be working with Center Parcs – it’s great to see such strong interest from employees in the first few days – it shows just how much the benefit is in demand.

“Tusker is able to deliver exactly what the company was looking for with our four-weekly payroll compliant system, making the benefit simple to implement within the wider programme. And we’re seeing more companies value our lifestyle protections proposition, as companies and employees want that peace of mind should the unexpected happen.”
