HireRight has appointed Amy Orem as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), as the global workforce solutions provider continues to evolve its people strategy to support long-term growth.
Ms Orem will lead HireRight’s global human resources function, including responsibility for the UK and European regions. Her remit includes supporting ongoing business transformation, strengthening organisational culture and ensuring the company’s people strategy keeps pace with its international expansion.
She joins the organisation with more than 30 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, with a track record of guiding teams through large-scale transformation and operational change. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Asurion, where she oversaw the HR function during multiple business transformation initiatives.
Prior to moving into HR leadership, Ms Orem spent almost 12 years leading Asurion’s global supply chain organisation, giving her a broad operational perspective that has shaped her approach to workforce strategy and organisational effectiveness.
Commenting on her appointment, Ms Orem said she was joining the business at a pivotal point in its development, highlighting the opportunity to align talent strategy with the company’s growth ambitions. She added that she looks forward to working closely with the leadership team to develop people-focused solutions that support performance, engagement and long-term impact.
